I absolutely love this planner! I have been using it for a few weeks, and I am amazed how it makes me slow down and think about what choices I am going to make. There have been a few times I wanted to derail, but didn’t since I already had my meals written in the planner for that day. The format is easy to follow. I love the motivational sayings at the top of the pages. It is amazing how small changes can start to lead to bigger lifestyle changes!
