I’ve been trying out a lot of new Hungry Girl recipes lately. Here are the Chicken Pot Pockets (instead of pies) that I made yesterday! This uses cream of celery soup, veggies, and chicken. This one was a little tricky, but once I get used to working with the thin egg roll dough I’ll be fine! This is also from the Hungry Girl 300 Under 300 cookbook. I can’t post the recipe, but you get the basic idea… 🙂
