  • Eating what you want doesn’t mean eating until you are sick
  • Think about your day in advance and visualize what you want
  • Plan activities other than eating
  • Focus on how you feel and how you WANT to feel
  • Plan for the day/weekend AFTER Thanksgiving
  • Overeating doesn’t fix anything!
