I had a rough holiday season with eating this year. I gained almost 10 pounds. I know that is common, but not for a WW member and now employee! I was just out of control. There’s no other way to describe it. I wasn’t tracking, and I was eating junk that I would never eat. I don’t know what my problem was, but I am back on track now.
I’ve lost the past 6 weeks in a row! I’m almost back to goal and then I’m going to keep going so I can get that milestone of losing 100 pounds. That was always my goal, but I lost sight of it for awhile. Now I feel ready to focus on getting there.
Anyone else have this problem during the holidays? How do you stop it before it gets to 10 pounds? What are your best tips and tricks? I still haven’t mastered this maintenance thing.
