I did it! I actually woke up early to exercise. I haven’t done this in a long time. I made sure to go to bed at a decent hour, and I slept in my workout clothes so I’d have one less thing to do this morning.
I hear Jimi sleeping and I’m jealous. Of course I would love to be sleeping, but I would regret it later if I didn’t stick to my plan!
So what if I’m clear back to the week 2 workouts on C25K. So what if I’m only running for 90 seconds at a time. So what if it was only 30 minutes. So what. It’s good enough right now. Just getting up early is a huge accomplishment!!!
