I didn’t work out today. I should have. I have no good reason. I was tired and wanted to relax and not have to rush around. Now I feel bad that I haven’t worked out since Wednesday. Yes, Wednesday kicked my butt and I needed time to recover from being so sore…but not 4 days off! And I won’t have time to work out tomorrow because of our family photos…so should I go to the gym at 5:30am on Tuesday?! Yuck.
