My fear was that I would gain all my weight back since I couldn’t attend Weight Watchers while I was pregnant. So, at least I didn’t gain back ALL of it. SIGH. This was not where I wanted to be after giving birth, but it’s time to face reality!
WHAT I ATE:
Carbs and more carbs….bread and bagels and pasta…and burgers and doughnuts…
HOW I WAS ACTIVE:
I wasn’t. I was growing a human. I was paranoid about something going wrong so I basically hibernated for 9 months.
